Avenzly is a brand and online retail store operated by RISIMOCO LLC. Avenzly is not a separate legal entity from RISIMOCO LLC.
All purchases made through Avenzly are transactions with RISIMOCO LLC, subject to the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies published on this website.
2. ROLE OF SHOPIFY
Avenzly uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform.
Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate the online store, including certain hosting, checkout, payment, order-management, security, and related services.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through Avenzly. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase contract for products offered through Avenzly is between the customer and RISIMOCO LLC.
Certain personal information may also be collected or processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy policies and the Avenzly Privacy Policy.

3. DROPSHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
Avenzly may use third-party manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment centers, logistics providers, shipping carriers, and other service providers to source, prepare, package, and deliver products ordered through the Services.
Products may be shipped directly from a third-party fulfillment location to the customer. Accordingly, the return address, shipping origin, packaging, carrier, or fulfillment location may differ from the legal address of RISIMOCO LLC.
The use of third-party suppliers or fulfillment providers does not create a separate contractual relationship between the customer and those providers for the purchase of products sold through Avenzly.
RISIMOCO LLC remains responsible for its obligations as the seller to the extent required by applicable law.
